Representative Viebrock firms up prison sentences.



In just his first session, Representative Jim Viebrock gets tough on violent criminals, by passing an amendment that will require certain criminals to serve a minimum of 85% of their prison sentence, making sure violent criminals go to jail and stay there. “I wanted to make sure that the really hard core offenders actually serve the time they deserve. All to often they are released years before their time is up, putting someone else in jeopardy”. Viebrock said.
